What’s The Difference Between Outdoor And Indoor Network Integrated Cables?

What’s the difference between outdoor and indoor network integrated cables?

Network integrated cables refer to the transmission media in monitoring system, which is composed of network cable and power cord. By this way, network cable and power cord needn’t be installed separately, which aims to reduce cost and save time.

The transmission distance of network integrated cables isn’t long. If it is used in low-voltage transmission, it depends on the distance of power cord, about 60-70m, so it is not suitable for too long actual installation distance. OFC material is suggested when choosing, because of low resistance and stability. CCA (copper-clad aluminum) is easily oxidized and high resistance, which may cause danger, such as fire, etc.

Network integrated cable is divide into outdoor and indoor network integrated cables. The indoor is soft and white sheath, while the outdoor is water-blocking hard black PE jacket, so its softness doesn’t suit for inside.Their specifications are double layer and separate structure. Double layer is to strengthen the tensile and water-blocking property to protect inside copper from damaging.

The structure divides the network cable and power cord so as to operate conveniently, efficiently reduce its own disturbing and avoid interference from cascade and outside. Thus, it plays a high definition transmission signal role. OFC integrated cable is fit for long distance transmission.
